Our Commitment to Child Safety
At LetsTrade, the safety of children is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a platform that is free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers, exploits or harms children in any way.
Zero Tolerance Policy: LetsTrade strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. Any user found violating this policy will face immediate account termination and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. This includes but is not limited to:
Child grooming: Befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or exchange of sexual imagery
Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images
Child trafficking: Advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation
Sexualization of minors: Any imagery or content that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children
Inappropriate interactions: Any sexual or exploitative contact targeted at a child
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos and computer-generated imagery, involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This material is illegal and strictly prohibited on LetsTrade.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the LetsTrade platform:
1. Sexual exploitation of children: Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children
2. CSAM: Any child sexual abuse material, including photos, videos or computer-generated imagery
3. Grooming behavior: Any attempt to befriend minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation
4. Predatory behavior: Any inappropriate interaction or communication targeted at minors
5. Solicitation: Any attempt to solicit sexual content from minors or advertise minors for exploitation
6. Sextortion: Any threats or blackmail involving minors and intimate imagery
7. Trafficking: Any content related to trafficking children for sexual purposes
8. Sharing exploitative content: Distributing, requesting or facilitating the distribution of CSAM
Warning: Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, removal of all content and reporting to law enforcement authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Users can report violations directly within the LetsTrade app by:
Tapping the three-dot menu on any listing, message or user profile
Selecting "Report" and choosing the appropriate category
Providing any additional details about the concern

Our Response to Reports
When LetsTrade receives a report of potential CSAE or CSAM, we take the following actions:
1. Immediate Review: Our safety team reviews all reports as a top priority
2. Content Removal: Confirmed CSAM and violating content is immediately removed from the platform
3. Account Action: User accounts involved in violations are immediately and permanently terminated
4. Law Enforcement Reporting: We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
5. Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant information to assist law enforcement investigations
6. Cooperation with Authorities: We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations
